I decided to go a little under what I was supposed to be going today just to be cautious. I headed to the park again but my bro didn't want to come so I was all alone :(. After .5 I did my drills then kept going till I hit 2. I struggled keeping the pace up by myself which I was upset about but my knees didn't hurt at all!!!!!!!!! Hooray!!!!!! Until later today when I was walking but it was only for a little bit so I think they'll be ok!!! I didn't get to abs and hips today which I feel a little guilty about but oh well.
